By using this website to request or book any service, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from booking services.
Booking online does not guarantee your selected date or time. You will be contacted via email or phone to confirm availability.
A non-refundable deposit of $70 is required to reserve your cleaning date and time. This deposit will be applied toward your total service fee.
2. Cleaning Crew
We typically work in teams of two. Larger teams may be assigned based on job complexity or scheduling needs.
Our cleaners are professionally trained and undergo thorough background checks. We strive to minimize personnel rotation in your home.
3. Right to Refuse Service
Zamna Services LLC reserves the right to deny or terminate service in cases involving:
Safety concernsInappropriate behavior or uncomfortable environmentsPresence of weaponsExcessive clutter or unsanitary conditionsLack of water, electricity, or access to the property
Our staff may leave if the environment is deemed unsafe, and a $70 cancellation fee will apply.
4. Preparation for Cleaning Day
To maximize cleaning efficiency, please tidy up personal items from surfaces (floors, counters, tables).
If you prefer we handle these tasks, notify us in advance so we can adjust the estimated price accordingly.

6. Pets
We are happy to work around pets. For safety and efficiency:
Limit indoor activity during serviceAggressive or anxious pets may result in service interruption and cancellation fee
Our team will not enter homes where pets pose a threat.
7. Service Fees & Estimates
Prices are based on experience and the expected condition of the property.
If the condition differs significantly upon arrival, we will notify you and adjust the price accordingly. If we cannot reach you, service may be skipped, and the $70 cancellation fee will apply.
8. Payments
A $70 deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
Remaining balance is due on the day of service via cash, check, or credit card.
We do not offer refunds. If something was missed during service, please contact us within
24 hours. We will return to address the issue at no additional cost.
10. Recurring Discounts
Discounts for recurring service apply after the first cleaning. Skipping cleanings may result in price adjustment to reflect lower frequency.
11. Rate Adjustments
Rates may be adjusted based on:
Change in service frequencyChanges to home size or layoutNumber of residentsRenovations or added furniture
12. Lockouts
If our team cannot access your home and contact is not made within 20 minutes of arrival, your appointment will be canceled, and a
$70 lockout fee will apply.
13. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations to avoid the $70 cancellation fee.
14. Alarms
If your home has an alarm system, please disarm it or provide access instructions in advance.
15. Client Equipment & Supplies
We are not responsible for damage to client-provided vacuums or supplies, Green products available upon request.
16. Limits of Service
We do not clean:
MoldHoarding conditionsBiological waste (blood, feces, urine, vomit, litter boxes, etc.)
Cleaners will not lift items over 35 lbs or climb above a step stool.
17. Breakage or Damage
We carry insurance and exercise care. However:
We are not liable for damage due to improper installation or undisclosed fragile itemsNotify us within 24 hours of any incidentIdentical replacement is not guaranteed but will be attempted
18. Arrival Window
Cleanings are scheduled between
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Delays due to traffic or weather may occur. We aim to stay within a 30–45 minute window.
19. Observed Holidays
We do not operate on the following holidays:
Independence Day Thanksgiving & Black Friday Christmas Eve & Day New Year’s Eve & Day
20. Inclement Weather
If local schools are closed due to weather, services may be canceled and rescheduled.
21. Key Management
Client keys are stored securely and returned within 48 hours of service termination.
We are not liable for loss or theft if entry instructions include unsecured access methods (e.g., key under mat).
22. Non-Solicitation of Staff
Clients may not directly hire Zamna Services LLC employees. We invest significant resources in training and vetting our staff.
23. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We value your trust and aim to deliver excellent service. Zamna Services LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
